Ink and Marks Electrical began our strategic partnership in August 2021 with the onboarding of a complex Payroll Outsourcing service. Looking to streamline the finance function ahead of listing on the AIM market, Marks selected Ink due to our hands on approach and personal service at scale.
Over time our relationship has developed to include Workplace Pension Governance services, providing an annual report and review of the scheme including the provider performance, contribution structure and member engagement.
Ink has now also taken on management of both Health and Wellbeing and Protection benefits. This work includes employee benefits consultancy, broking and administration services and ensures that the Marks Electrical benefits package is as competitive as possible.
