Lottie has a strategic and operational role that spans all our service areas. She keeps us accountable for our promises and commitments to our clients and is responsible for all of our marketing activities.

Payroll & HR Officer

As a Payroll Officer in our Payroll team, Lisa is responsible for processing multiple monthly payrolls, with a close eye on the details and the deadlines. She is a qualified Payroll Technician (CIPP) and applies her technical and theoretical knowledge to the ‘real life’ and often varied needs of our clients.

HR & Payroll Officer

Abbey has a background in people management and brings many transferable skills to her first role in HR. Working in our HR and Payroll Teams as a Senior Administrator, Abbey provides key Administration support to our clients by coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of employees, conducting pre-employment checks, taking absence calls and maintaining employee records.

Client Engagement Assistant

Jess Talbott is a Client Engagement Assistant and works across all four of our service areas. She has strong IT and design skills and in particular is responsible for managing and developing marketing communication tools used by our clients, to improve their employee engagement. Jess is a quick learner and natural problem solver, and is adept at turning her hand to new ways of working and embracing technology.
