Salary Sacrifice

The principle behind salary sacrifice is simple. Employees agree to redirect part of their gross salary into a ‘non-cash’ benefit, most commonly as extra employer contributions into their pension pot. However, there are quite a few benefits that can be treated in this way and our payroll software is adept at handling the process.

Contact the Employee Benefits team at The Ink Group if you would like to find out more about how you can make significant savings to employer National Insurance Contributions by implementing salary sacrifice for applicable employee benefits.
