Foothold America - Payroll Software Success Story.

As an outsourced payroll provider, we are constantly looking at ways to improve the service that we offer and the outcome for clients, and to this end we invested in a brand new software system last year and Foothold were one of the first clients to be onboarded.

After a series of parallel runs, this launched successfully in July 2024 and the information that Foothold can now access about their payroll has significantly improved. The personal dashboard means that clients can navigate across different payroll months, upload changes, see employee details and some financial analytics.

As we also provide a benefits service for Foothold, we are able to run a seamless ‘payrolling of benefits’ service for them in replacement of traditional P11Ds (which are soon to be scrapped by HMRC). We provide monthly support and a year-end reconciliation on the benefits that have been payrolled, as well as P11Db submissions at the end of the tax year.
